What comes around goes around.
Plenty of girlfriends in jail though, and no driving.

Unless the law has changed since I left Pa., this will be treated as a 1st offense. Prior DUIs had to occur within 7 years to count.

I'll bet her caseworker is a twenty something who just got out of college and was extremely impressed with their home, cars, helicopter and money. Morals are lacking everywhere when money is involved.
If they've got the palace in Vera Cruz, cars, helicopter & money how come they can't pay their taxes & how come they turned the once grand Traylor Hotel into a flophouse?

Try reading the earlier comment from the apparent current officer who already advised this former officer that the law changed from 7 to 10 in '06.

CSS44,

You can't believe much that you read in forums. The best way to get an accurate answer is to get the answer from the current PA crimes code. If I have some time later I will look it up.

She looks way older than 44 in the pic. Yikes! Money doesn't buy everything or maybe it's alcohol makes you age quickly.

Geez....while I appreciate the advice and offer, had YOU read through the posts you'd understand what was going on.
BTW, you'll find DUI in the PaMVC, not the Crimes Code.

Chapter 38 of Title 75, which is the Vehicle Code, not the Crimes Code.
