License should be revoked, mandatory alcoholic counseling, weekly urine testes. This woman needs to stop drinking before she kills someone.

How many chances should this woman have?

Once a drunk always a drunk.
Philly fan is right. This woman does
need to stop drinking before she kills someone! Some people never learn.

Hey, people, lighten up. Getting caught once every nine years isn't too bad. Ever since the Fulmers got rid of that crack hotel at 15th and Hamilton streets she has too much time on her hands.

Unless the law has changed since I left Pa., this will be treated as a 1st offense. Prior DUIs had to occur within 7 years to count.

It actually change back in 2006, this will be considered her second DUI because it has been within ten years.

"was stopped last week in Emmaus on suspicion of drunken driving, authorities said."

This article does not say whether she was issued a citation.
So big deal she got pulled over. Does the Morning Call now publish the names of people that are pulled over for suspicion of DUI?

Amazing...real amazing!
How the political arena is its own entity. 2.9 million huh? I bet that woman is better off than most and yet others get nada in a case like that. Someone i know has permanent damages and suffering but was told, from those in that arena, that you would have to be near dead to get more than a few dollars. Individual i know, was sent on his way, with a few dollars. TAKE THAT RIGHT! Sorry he wasn't a power political arena player. They have their own "Rich World and Rights Above the Law". Goes to show....(you fill in the blanks)

you people don't get it.
teaching an old dog new tricks is hard.
Judy's generation and all those before that did not have laws of drunk driving. MADD created those laws.
Teaching a whole new moral code of legal conduct to this Judy generation is very hard to do.
Additionally, she is NOT going to get off easy for all you masochists who do not seem to know spit about PA's DUI laws.
If she was drunk, she will pay in a plethora of ways including incarceration. house arrest would be a minor miracle.

I know that advertising revenue is down and the chances of a gov't bail out dont look to good .However, I guess the old sales playbook is back ... BAM...Another Fulmer story ... I think Mrs. Baker has gone above and beyond her duty... in selling papers for the Mcall...next thing they will want to do is ressurrect Dan Hartzell to recall the painful incident .... Dan is dead right? I thought he died with the local section or was it when they promoted him to traffic correspondent... WTF.. where is Bill White when we need a good story to be written here.. Judith Fulmer.. AKA "Hamburger queen" was caught in another fish bowl of a wine driving in emmaus...... This should be front Page ....

I really enjoyed the part where Ms. Baker filed suit because she said she was too injured to work after being hit by Ms. Fulmer but she was ok to be county executive.

There are MANY more people out there who have had 2 DUIs (or more) in less than 9 years, but yet they are not mentioned in the paper. Gotta love being a high-society richie! Lol!
