Abortion, we need consequences.

As I see it, we have been arguing for many years about the abortion issue. One side says, allow abortions, the other side says no abortions. We go back, and forth, but get nowhere. The fact is there are approx. 3,500 abortions done EVERY day in the USA, and nearly 15,000 done daily worldwide. Who would take care of all those children? We are talking about millions of babies, every year, after year. Who would pay for all of them? Who would raise them? There are not that many people that want to adopt babies. I do agree that women who have abortions are just irresponsible, and lazy, since it is totally preventable. But, as we all know, they are going to continue to get pregnant, and have abortions. There are tons of babies that are killed after they are born, or beaten, and abused every day because they were not wanted. It is a sad, but true situation. We need to come up with a solution, and I think there needs to be consequences. I think that if a woman is pregnant, and wants an abortion, she should be allowed to have one only if she agrees to have her tubes tied. If she is young, and has no other children, then she should have to have that 5-7-or 10 yr. birth control thing put in, right away. There HAS to be consequences for having an abortion, or these people will continue to have them. Arguing back, and forth is doing nothing except allowing more time for more abortions to be performed. People need to work together, and get something done!
