Business' coming to the area?

Does anyone know what is being put in next to Ollies ( where Sears was?) Im curious as I seen an Estee Lauder counter in the front yesterday....its not a very big store, so wonder what it is.Also any other new stores, restaurants or business' coming that anyone knows of? I have heard were getting a Sams club out that way?Any one else heard that?

No, a Peebles department store was placed next to the Ollie's Bargain Outlet. Peebles: the closest thing a small town like mine will ever get to a JC Penney.
The only reason that anyone would say that a Sam's Club would open is due to the closing of McDonald's in Wal-Mart. I believe it was closed because there are already three McDonald's restaurants in our town: one at the BP in North BV, one on Rostraver Road, and one in Wal-Mart. A USA Today chart even stated at one point that Belle Vernon was one of the five cities in the entire United States that ate the most Big Mac burgers annually. Since there are so many health concerns in this country, I could understand why one McDonald's needed to be shut down.
