I am curious as to what kind of reasoning this low life POS would have in regards to what he did. I've never known an animal abuser/killer and would like to hear their reasoning for it. I would then like to do something else but I can't because I am one of those silly people that follows the law.

How sad----just this morning I saw parent geese walking with their baby goslings. The sight made me smile and I commented to a coworker that the sight warmed my heart for the day.
I have no time for people (and I use the term loosely) who are cruel to innocent creatures. Hope he gets the book thrown at him and wish he had to endure such a beating as sentence.

This is disgusting. They're only pushing for a year of jail time, but thousands in fines. I believe that abusing animals may be a fellony in NJ, but even if it's not, it's illegal to even TOUCH a Canadian Goose, because they're protected as migratory birds. If you can be fined for even touching them, there should be stricter punishment for abusing them. And sure, the geese are annoying. They're noisy, they crap all over the place, and they wake me up every morning. There are a ton of them here in McGuire's Grove. But honestly, as annoying as they are, most of the people here are no better. This whole story makes me want to vomit.
