I believe in one of those unconstitutional terrorist trials the defense lawyer pointed out that they were traced by using cell phone signals. Right after that the terrorist stopped using them. Why don't we give away a few more secrets that our FBI and CIA use to keep track of these animals. It's unconstitutional and a stupid idea.

Nobody could really be so stupid as to think this is a good idea. It's all part of our administration's attempt to intentionally change (ruin) our country. The whole trial will be a mockery of our system. This should be a military trial, where the rules are different. He'll proabably get off right away because nobody read him his Miranda Rights!

Carl Levin thinks its a good idea. He thinks we are going to show those terrorists that the US don't take no crap. See see we put your buddies on trial see see we are fair. All the while they are laughing and making plans to do it again. In the terrorist world there is always someone who will try to be more radical than the previous terrorist. So IMHO Levin is stupid.
