Man hit, killed by car in Allendale

A 46-year-old man died when he was hit by a car around 3:40 a.m. Saturday morning on Lake Michigan Drive.

oh my i beleive it was an accident .... n for a woman to be out driving that late is not a problem shes old enough to be driving late geesh... for the man yeah i kinda beleive its dumb to wear dark clothes at night.... but Remember everything is in Gods hands and he has plans for everyone.... So it had to be his time to go to the lord....

I am well aware that he was someone's kin/friend etc. for being 46 years old and wearing all dark clothing walking in the middle of the road in the wee hours AND wearing headphones listening to whatever is pretty idiotic, almost makes me wonder if he was HOPING someone would end his life for whatever reason, he did all the WRONG things if he wanted to ensure his safety while out walking/jogging etc. in the wee hours, good grief, he couldn't even see approaching headlights, even from behind.
