Juror foresees another deadlock if burglary-shooting retried
Tigh Croff may never be convicted of shooting a man he says he caught breaking into his east side home, according to the forewoman of the jury that was unable to reach a verdict this week after days of deliberation.

There you go. I was right about the jury being divided roughly 50/50 on the case going into the jury box and coming out after the mistrial. However, the prosecutor can't eat crow and drop the case without another mistrial. I hope for an acquittal next time.
