I feel that he should lose his license, and have to go through the same programs we all have to go through,(including that witch hunt at the Health Dept). I also feel Mr. Davis shouldn't be persecuting, and out there breaking the laws. and as far as a handgun violation he should have to serve at least 30 days, if it was un regular citizens we would be swinging. But I bet he dose nothing.

Davis Ruark made a mistake. The deed may be wrong, but the guy is a good person - worthy of our moral support. He has been a public servant and a hard working individual for many years. He has done many good things. As far as the "weapons" charge - it is a ridiculous technical charge and anyone in the court system knows that.

Yes Davis Ruark did make a mistake and if it were anyone else they would still being sitting in jail until there final court apperance. So why treat him different just because he is the state's attorney. That makes him no better than the rest.
