This is totally off-topic, but your grammar is completely horrible for someone who is a teacher. YIKES!

Let me just point out a few glaring errors:
(1) It's you're, not your, in the context you were using.
(2) Incomprehendible is not even a word, but incomprehensible is a word. Example: It's incomprehensible that you are a teacher.
(3) The word you should've used is decent, not descent; descent means to go downward (oh the irony).
(4) "Noone" is actually two words, as in NO ONE cares.

Unfortunately, the list of errors just goes on and on.

Not that I claim to be a grammar expert, but these were just too blatant (not BLANT, my dear) to not point them out. I realize that this is an informal discussion, but one would think that a teacher, of all people, would find that it would add to her credibility if she'd use the proper skills related to her craft. That being said, I'll be praying for those students whose still-growing minds you will regrettably be shaping.
