Rv Park and Golf Course, nothing mentioned at the meeting about a Water Park. Bear's never finished a thing in his life, even his construction jobs, just ask SCMC about that. The great-grandchildren of the people now living in that area will still be looking at an unfinished project. Man O' Trees, Sue-Perior Concrete, Manatee Tropical Landscape, D.C. Pfeiffer Landscape & Construction, just look up those names and you will see a pattern. Anyone ever ask him how he got the name "Bear"? He made it up himself so that the Natives would better accept him! He tells everyone that he is an adopted member of the Bear Clan. He also claims he is a great war hero veteran. The only people he can keep around him are the one that owe him money. He even fired a long term employee because the guy had the nerve to get cancer and couldn't make it to work every day because of chemo treatments. And cancelled his insurance!!!!!!!!!!

Concerned is correct. The same goes for automobile accidents. Good luck to anyone being non-native and trying to sue a native on Seneca land. Why do you think that Man O' Trees / Sue-Perior is hiding all of his equipment on Seneca land and not at his Buffalo waterfront address? It's because there are many legal issues to sieze property on the Nation. By the time Niagara Falls and the City of Buffalo get their legal claws into this guy they will have nothing to sieze. He will have all his equipment hidden on the Nation or tucked away in the Florida Keys where he is currently hiding.

To Proud - I totally agree with your wish. But with the Man O' Tree/Sue-Perior guy (who looks like a Manatee) involved don't expect anything good to ever happen. He will rape the ground that the park sits on and nothing of any value will be left. What the Nation needs to do is throw this guy out on his fat ass and make sure he never deals with a native again.
