Paul Gessing: The Spaceport and RailRunner: When do we stop Digging?

I feel that the revenue being collected from Gross Receipts Tax in Sierra County for Spaceport America needs to be re-evaluated or voted on again. The landing strip and launches/ landings promised has turned out to be false. I remember that I read somewhere that Spaceport America would
be open for business (Virgin Galactic) and flying in 2011.
How long can NMSA continue to dangle a carrot in front of the taxpayers noses and continue to
get taxpayer funding from taxpayers?
Can anything be done by the public or our elected officials to suspend these taxes?
