Has anyone heard how Wayne is doing?

I just herd that he is still at the med in Memphis and as of right now he has 4 broke vertabrets and has a 95% chance of being paralized from the neck down

I spoke to his sister. He had surgery this morning, and if he has a good recovery, he'll end up paraplegic as opposed to completely paralyzed.

i heard that they are giving him 2 more days then if he isn't any better they are taking him off life support any truth to this?

I know Wayne real well.He is like another older brother to me.He is the type of person that would give you the shirt off his back.I hope he pulls through this.If any one else has any imformaation about Wayne please let me know.All of the Galbreath family is praying for Wayne and his family.

If Wayne Dies Now Will Gene also be Charged with his Death or would a lawyer say that since he was operated on that killed him not the wreck even though the injuries were from the wreck to start with But any time your cut on my a doctor theres always a chance of infection or something just not working out good. Just to make it plain is Gene accountable for Waynes Death if it comes to that
I just dont know not being a jerk I'm just really wondering how this would play out.or even if Wayne lives and if he cant move I hope its from the waste down not the neck omg!

You know there are alot of "what ifs". We are hoping & praying Wanye will be o.k. He is a strong willed person & hopefully in time he will be able to walk again.
As for Gene being punished he is every waking second. Yes he will probably go to prison, but he can't be more punished than he is right now. One friend died & Gene & Wayne are very close & have been since they were very young. That's something he has to live with the rest of his life.
All I know some bad choices was made that day that affected many families.
He is with his family & taking one day at a time. If you know him please pray for him & Wayne too.

I am sure if Eugene could he would change places with either one of them but he can't they were all friends and thought they were having a good time they all wanted to go play golf. accidents happen and that is just what it was a horriable accident I didn't know Jerry but I do know Wayne and I am sure if he could talk he would tell you the same

yep it can always be worse but thats not worth a hoot but could of been worse what if the truck had been loaded with kids they hit! so yes it could of been worse

Its not goin to bring Jerry back or give Wayne back his legs so no it dont make me happy. I hope the best outcome for Gene. Not nothing to me other then someone I care about lost someone they loved in this mess.

Those were 2 men that willingly got into the car with Eugene that day. They all 3 made a bad choice and this was the end result. I guess your probably one of those people that never made a mistake or never sinned. I'm telling you by experience be careful of what you say it always comes back to bite you. I don't condone drunk drivers either & this case is no different, but yes Gene is having a hard time right now & no prison is going to hurt him anymore than what he is hurting now. Only God knows about wayne & alot of people have been told they will never walk again, but they did. Gene wasn't charged with murder. Get your facts straight before you start talking.

YES, Galbreath will be heald accountable for both men. Regardless of Lomax's outcome, God knows we want the best for him, Galbreath has put an end to two mens lives as they knew it, because he wanted to get behind the wheel and drive VERY VERY VERY drunk!!!!!!!!!! Don't ask me how I know how drunk! He and his insurance will have to make compensation for Dewayne if he lives. That could run into the millions of dollars. Plus Galbreath will hopefully spend the max of time in prison allowed for his actions. With no chance for early parol!!!!
