No his Dad was killed in a car accident when Omar was like 5yrs old. Both Omar and his Mom were involved in that accident as well, and their life's were spared. May he Rest In Peace and my deepest condolences to his Mom:(

His dad with the same name as his died ironically very similar. He was killed purposely in a car accident about 20-25 years ago on third street. The apple don't fall to far from the tree..
