Take Over Payments...

Looking for a mechanic or someone who is willing to put work into a vehicle and take over payments of about $308 a month. No down payment,just pay what is owed on car (less than $500) and fix whats wrong with it (not very much) For more info on vehicle, reply on this posting with ur yahoo id or email address & we can take it from there. Oh, and NO CREDIT CHECK!!:)

Less than $500 is owed to bring it current. I apologize, I didnt word it correctly. Thing is, I let someone else take over and they failed to come thru on their end. Scam my ass. My husband and I have 2 other vehicles that we pay on, and I took out the vehicle in my name as a favor to a family member. I will also require that a letter be drawn up to be notarized, stating the information of the person who will be taking over payments. Thank you

First of all, thanks for clarifying. Second, NEVER BUY ANYTHING ON CREDIT for anyone else. If you want to help a family member, give them cash AS A GIFT. Third, I hear this story all the time but if you really had money, you would buy them cash instead of making payments.

Oh,@ jar jar jar: I am the type of person who is easily persuaded/convinced by others. I give people chances. It is just who I am, cant help it. And even after being screwed by TWO family members, I am STILL WILLING TO GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A CHANCE. I want to help them, but it would also help me. And no jar jar jar, my husband and I are not rich, we dont have a lot of money but we get by. We are young and buying our first home. My husband works hard for everything we have. i am a mechanic and maybe i can help you get it fixed if you want me to, i can give you advice on what you tell me is wrong with it, it will benefit you having a working vehicle that someone can drive away instead of tow away and get fixed

well, what you NEED to do is offload the vehicle financially. Get someone to BUY it from you. If you can't get enough to pay off the balance, you should scrape that amount together and PAY OFF THE BALANCE.

If this is not a scam, what would keep the "buyer" from taking the car to mexico? If you are trying to buy a house, you seriously fucked up when you got a THIRD car on your credit...

I've got the vehicle back at the place I got it financed at. They r taking a look at it. I can tell u that the last person who had it told me it needed a bearing or two. Also, maybe an o2 (oxygen) sensor and it may or may not have a short. I am not asking for a down payment, I am not asking for a credit check. This is NOT a scam. PLEASE! Im the one who got screwed and even so, Im willing to give someone a chance, cause sometimes people need just ONE PERSON TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE. I have not always been in a situation where I can afford a house and two vehicles, I KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE and how FRUSTRATING it is when u r singled out because of one thing or another.

*****IMPORTANT:Also, I have spoken with the establishment where I have the vehicle financed at and they r willing to try to help by maybe putting on some of the parts. So basically, u dont have to pay a mechanic, their mechanic can do it, DEPENDING ON EXACTLY WHAT IT IS! I have listed what I WAS TOLD was wrong with it, but they are going to check it and let me know for sure.

And my husband and I are buying a house but like I said, I MADE A MISTAKE BY HELPING SOMEONE ELSE! Im NOT a SELFISH person, and honestly, I always try to help everyone I can, family or not, even tho no one ever gives me a hand. I know what its like to be in a harsh situation so I sympathize.

Also, I dont know if I mentioned it before, but I will require paperwork be drawn and notarized, just to cover both our butts. Ive only got one key and anyone who takes over payments on it will have that key. Plus, who would be stupid enough to try and run a scam in Alice? I was born and raised here, MY LIFE IS HERE. I have kids!! Why would I want to go to jail? I take care of my kids, I dont do drugs or anything. Lol. Oh, and jjj: how can I screw anyone by knowing their email? I dont think by me sending them an email I will get their whole life story or credit card #'s or kids names or who they r related to or what they drive or their address. U R IGNORANT!:)

All those items could be easily replaced for cheap. the O2 sensor should be replaceable by any of the oilpatch guys since even this office "geek" can change one...!
