My father told me a few months back that there was talk of him having to transfer because they were going to eventually move shop there.

My father is a shop foreman and has been with the company for a good 12 yrs.

Frac is moving to a super camp in Pleasanton Tx. Workers Will be going back and forth in the company bus if they don't wanna relocate. Cmt is staying. They wouldn't have invested in all the Cmt equipment if they were closing the yard.

What about the people who dont want to move. The majority of the company will be moving MAYBE! there will be crew or some equipment left behind. What about the rest? a friends husband told me that the company here husband works for was sold out. Now they have a meeting on what the company is going to do. They were both very worried. Her husband said that three major companies have moved up north near San Antonio in the past year.

Yeah the baker hughes yard is gonna open pretty soon it's almost in the entrance of SA. They asked my husband if he wants to transfer soon so we just might be and he was telling me Halliburton will be closing here in Alice. Baker Hughes yard will stay open here.
