I heard about this story on the news tonight, and it was mentioned that there had apparently been complaints about these dogs some time ago for excessive barking. I also noted that the dogs were left outside at night. If they were barking, I can see where it might be really annoying. Mind you, I certainly don't condone the poisoning of these animals. I consider it a truly despicable and cowardly act. However, if this owner was allowing his dogs to be a nuisance, I think he should share some of the blame for what happened to them.
