I was in the court room- Sammantha did not live there at Peck Rd, she was there visiting her dad who she had not seen since 10 yrs. When she was killed, it was her 6 time being out there in 6 mos. She had just arrived from a family party so yeah, other two witness stated that Sammantha was not drinking beer or smoking weed this was all done before she arrived. And, it happened approx. 9:00 PM on January 26, 2008.
She had just turned 15 yrs. old and was an AVID student and lived somewhere else with her mom. She was a caregiver for her grandmother, took care of her sister and was very naive girl. When the two defendants broke down sobbing, I don't know if it was for themselves or more killing Sammantha. It does not matter, it won't bring Sammantha back.When Sammantha's mom broke down sobbing I felt the cries of Sammantha since she was left gasping for air when she was shot, she did not have a chance to cry.I ask you, since when do gangs kill girls?

just to let you know this happened around 9 i got the call about her get shot around that time and it never said she was smoking the people she was with where... read it right and learn the facts before you talk about her like that
