Love the story" "The four BOYS...some of the BOYS were already on probation and had ankle monitoring devices." Don't open your door to BOYS.

I wouldn't live in Valencia county....or anywhere else "Dueling Banjos" is blasted from loudspeakers.
Too bad the teens didn't t-bone a tree.

On probation?(Bad idea to start with)...and anmkle bracelets?

OK...this is s premeditated, deliberate atempt to kill someone!!

Teens my rectum! This is not "violation of probabtion"; it is a clear and evident criminal act and these guys (I refuse to refer to them as "boys") should be jailed without bail abd prosecuted as adults to the fullest extent and sentenced to the maximum for attempted murder...bnot only of the initial victim, but also of the law enforcement officer who's car was rammed!

No mercy here!

The Rio Communities seem to have so many problems. All people with problems end up there, what gives?

Yes because only the people in Rio Communities have problems right? What an ignorant statement. Go shove some more twinkies down your kids faces then wonder why they are fat.

There are problems ALL over NM not just Valencia Co.

The west side had all the hookers buried in the mesa.

Dog fights in the South valley....huge drug busts in the NE Heights....so yeah it's everywhere.

The people in Rio Comm for the most part keep to themselves. Also it's not like BCSO where they have a lot of sheriff/police for the whole county I think there are only 12 or so active sheriff's for the WHOLE county...That isn't alot for the size of the county. Yup I live here and LOVE it here!

They'll all get off because of their ages. It's a bloody shame that they weren't all killed in the collision.

Oh, how proud their parents must be.

14, 15, 15, 16. They can do this to another person? It makes me sick to think what I would have seen if I was there.

To bad we abolished Capital Punishment in our wonderfull State! Not that these kids deserve it yet but the fact that they could do this to another person at any age is just going to show how they will be in 5, 10, 15 years. Also since they are kids they will most likely be out by 18 or 21 if we are lucky (Truely if we are lucky they will die in juvie before they get out to do more harm).

The parents? Are there any? Did these kids live on their own? They should be locked up and the key thrown away.

I am sick of this crap about ages protecting them. These are dangerous criminals and they will get away with it because the law does not protect the victim

I agree, the parents should be held just as responsible as the kids. We certainly need to be tougher on violent juvenile crime. The kids should be tried as adults and serve an adult sentence.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Aquarius

Be careful now, because you could easily give someone the wrong impression and not even know that you're doing it. This is most likely to happen if you're trying to pussy-foot around them or avoid offending them, because that's when things could get lost in translation. You also have a tendency to sit on the fence now, which could make you seem slightly untrustworthy or shifty if you aren't careful.
