O.k. is it just me and I missed it, or is Obamacare and other things getting so much attention, they are SILENT on the U.N. arms treaty that reportedly Kerry and Obama signed WITHOUT INPUT FROM CONGRESS?

Perhaps you haven't read the Constitution before.
Article II, Section 2, Clause 2:
The President... shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur....
Congress will have "INPUT" on the treaty when they vote on it. He can sign all the treaties he wants, the Senate has to approve them all. Which they won't.

Yeah. I realize that. I spoke before I really checked. Turns out that at least two members of the Senate said that that treaty would be "dead on arrival". May it stay that way.
I just recall Obama more than once saying, "If congress doesn't act; I will." Meaning whatever HE wants.

My concern is, based on his stance and that of his colleagues, will he go ahead and implement the treaty and all it entails anyway.
