suck for big things like changing cylinders and such... but for small things like brake cables and spark plugs, exhaust etc... they are great!

Bought several mopeds from him, shopped around the competition, nobody beats his service and low prices.

To replace the 'cylinder' which is an empty space, you would have to replace the whole engine block, and if the motor mounts don't allow for different engines, there is no way. He is very honest, and if he says he can't do it, probably it can't be done. |
