Judge's Error Could Affect Others

He wanted a new trial and got it. But now Lloyd Rowley refuses to show up, and has become a fugitive from the law.

He was one of the hardest workers i have every seen, becuase if he had a job to get done in little bit of time he would stay at the job entll it was done. Lloyd Rowley caused an accident in '03 which caused my husband's car to roll 4 times on the interstate. Rowley left the scene and didn't care.... hopefully this guy will burn in hell and die in prison. My husband is now disabled and because he skipped town, there was nobody to go after to prosecute and sue. I hate this man.
