Cheating at the Douglas County Fair

It seems they have no interest in rectifying the problem after my complaint (I feel I've waited long enough), so I'll post it for all to see.
This year a local ceramics teacher, and a very poor loser, rigged the entire ceramics competition so she could win. She started with changing all the categories and then hand picked the judge herself.
To make sure she placed well, and those of her students who beat her in previous years did not, she brought him down to her ceramics shop where pieces were in progress and where she possesses pictures of the finished works.
She used this to get around the supposed "anonymous judging" by letting the judge know beforehand whose was whose.
Isn't it nice to know a harmless competition was defiled by someone who doesn't care if they need to use dishonesty to win?
Am I allowed to post personal information or will this post be deleted if I do so? I'd be more than happy to share who it is.
