I have not heard any complaints about Mr. Grines.

I'll be voting for Bo Meynard, he has 30 years experience.

How many of those 30 years of experience are as Alexandria City Marshall?
Mr. Grines has served almost a full term and there have been no scandals/problems.
Why switch now?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Terrence Grines has proven himself qualified by graduating from the Alexandria Police Academy as well as having worked as Asst. City Marshall under City Marshall James Byrd.
Grines' credentials are impeccable and he is a credit to the city of Alexandria.
To replace him would upset a smooth running operation.

I rent houses in town and on eviction day when appointment was made no one showed up from the city marshall's office. Also talking to other renters in town this seems to be common. So he does need to be replaced because he's not doing the job he was elected to do. Plenty of high hopes for him but not walking the walk. He should and hopefully will be replaced.

I'll be voting for Mr. Grines due to his experience. Bo Meynard has NO experience that I am aware of for the City Marshall's Office. I agree....if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Thirty years of experience? At what? He can not keep his own house straight much less run the marshal's office.

I went to the senior's day at the fair and thought the black panthers were there until I recognized it was the city marshal - they were all in uniform. Do any whites work in the office? Just curious.

Another ignorant old geezer displaying old outmoded feelings.
Get a life!

Marshall Grines is a professional who runs his office in a professional manner.
Every employee of his office is qualified to do their job.
I'll bet "Senior Citizen" is white. Well, so am I.
I wonder which candidate "Senior Citizen" is supporting?
I'm voting for Mr. Grines.

All these people who keep saying that the office is being run by a "professional" and "qualified" people must not have any dealings with that office.
