Well, here we go again.
The city government getting involved in private business using our tax payers' money.
When will our elected officials learn to keep out of these stimulus projects?

Not until people attend council meetings and express their dissatisfaction. Alexandria City Hall subscribes to the Obama policy of "Don't argue with me....I know what's best for you."
Let's get that gal back here with our $100,000 to make a movie about city hall.
Instead of "Bonnie & Clyde" we'll call it "Robbin' the Hood with his Seven Thieves".
Film it downtown, at the site of the new Community College.

No national grocery chains are willing to locate on Lower Third Street. Don't you think they have done their "homework" on locating there.
Yet Mayor Roy knows better. He is willing to throw our tax money into the pot to show us what a great mover/shakerr he is.
Let him put up his own money for this project!
