Tony Perkins: LC audit doesn't support Joe Aguillard's claim of exoneration
A nationally prominent member of the Louisiana College Board of Trustees said an independent audit of school finances failed to substantiate LC President Joe Aguillard's claim that he was "exonerated totally and completely" of allegations that he misappropriated funds.

President Aguillard, "Ask not for whom the bell tolls, for it tolls for thee!"

He said, he said, he said, he said!
Is anyone else as tired of this story as I am?

Which part are you tired of, Sporty Nuts?

Mr. Little, is your screen name possibly a referrence to your endowmnet?
And your refernce to me as Sporty Nuts seems to indicate a penile obsession on your part.
But enough of this speculation.
I am tired of the Town Talk's continual rehashing of this subject matter (Joe Aguillard).

Contrarily, I find the series interesting. Most unfortunate though that The Town Talk is washing L.C.s dirty linen on the front page.(probably unbelievers)
There's treachery afoot.
It's a dilemma where nobody knows the good guys from the bad guys....or even if there are any.
There's obviously a liberal movement at L.C. by a Calvinist following.
I understand that Aguillard is old school (conservative) so is the LBC and trustees. However, it appears Aguillard's mistake of criticizing his own superiors, who have blindly supported him, has now up and bitten him on his proverbial butt.
He's fighting both sides of the battle. He can't survive.
While the board of trustees may replace him, they have yet to address the liberal attitude growing in L.C.
Most unfortunate that some of the faithful undermine each other.
Who's right....who's wrong?
A human dilemma for sure.
What would heaven do?
Either way.....good luck. Us catlicks got our own problems.

Town Talk 1
And the winner is THE TOWN TALK.

What an embarrassment to L.C. to have this guy raging against abortion like a Pentecostal. The influence of this tiny, almost invisible school is greatly exaggerated. A vote to approve alcohol sales in restaurants in Pineville won in a landslide last year. 78%-22%. Only 515 votes against. Ha! I bet he'll take credit for the upcoming closure of the Marksville casino.

So, what is Aguillard going to teach?
I wish I could get a year off from work and still draw a $200,000 salary.
Isn't Louisiana College having some finicial problems?
Yet the Borad of Trustees can shell out this amount for nothing?
