Why bring in sex offender to the story? Because people are not intersted in reading about just another murderer. Everyone is so juiced up about sex offenders that they must have the words "sex offender" because they believe murderers are mundane.

FACT: This is a violent person. Sex was used only as a show of power. He is a POWER offender. he should have been kept in jail with or without sex being part of the crime.

but they released him to make room for non-violent offenders looking at dirty pictures, 18 year-olds having sex with 17 year-olds, streakers and entrapped people on the internet.
