Police investigating death of man found this morning

An unidentified man was found dead this morning on a bike path near Amherst and Grant, and Buffalo police are investigating the death as a possible homicide.

B.S. Nine arrests since he turned 16 including multiple gun and drug arrests. He should have been in jail....at least he'd be alive.

Convictions are public record. Arrests are not. If you access someone's rap sheet without reason, you commit a violation of that person's rights. That is why you can NOT ask about arrests at a job interview. Anything reported in the newspaper is acceptable at the time of the event. It is news. You can not simply access someone's criminal history. Remember when the patrolmen from BPD were suspended for looking up rap sheets for various businesses, without authorization? They were suspended. I suspect Heat has committed such a breach. And guess what? The NICJS Data base keeps a record of whose recordes were accessed and BT WHOM. The clock is ticking on your Heater boy...tic toc tic toc

You have it ass-backwards as usual Fool. All arrests are public record. That is why they allow the perp walk in front of the media. Raps sheets are not public records and can be accessed only by law enforcement types. And the proper term is NICS and why am I not worried????
