As a long time customer of the Landers Auto Group, I have bought many vehicles. And has a great experience, but as of late, that has changed. Looking for a good deal on a new Honda Accord, I went to your location in Jonesboro. The management that bears your name in that location is truly a disgrace to your name. I could hear the manager yelling in the showroom, at his employees as an Army drill seargant would. The overall atmosphere of the establishment was depressing, and after talking to a salesman, I have found out in the year since Landers has taken over, only 4 people out an original 26 employees still remain, including 2 finance mgrs quit, and the sales manager that was sent to the store by you. Obviously all those employees that quit or got fired, cant be all bad. I just thought I would try to get the word out there, so you would know. I hope this can be repaired, but to see you names and faces on the bilboards and then go to the location expecting the service I receive in Little Rock, just to be shocked by how this store was run, was horrible.

If you really want to make an impact, why don't you just call Landers. Seriously.
You are obviously just a disappointed, former employees that couldn't cut it, so you go to a sub-par dealership and think you are doing something important by writing on here. Whoo-hoo, good job you nut-less whack |

1 Landers is a large corporation that really does not care about anything but the almight dollar. I have first hand knowledge of a service writer that was fired for no reason. He wooed to the dealership from a very good position at a national firm, then the good ole boy system kicked in and they were through with him when he began suffering from a cripling disease. Pretty sorry in my opinion. If they were the only dealership in town - I would just walk! |

Your cripling friend was not doing his job. The good ole boy system is always there because they are and are always there to give people a chance. Its not there fault if your a failure

yes, Steve cares very much for his loyal hard working employees! I know due to the fact that my son worked for him! He is a very kind, caring and understanding man. Afterall, he had to work hard to get to where he is at today!
