Just bizarre the things employers think is okay to do these days.

Firing for reporting for jury duty, which she will be jailed if she doesn't show up and her having to sue to get her job back.

Suing a former employee to keep him from getting another job in the same field he was working in (manager left telephone company and got an offer at a competitor, ex employer sued saying he has proprietory knowledge so can't work at the new employer, judge threw the case out).
