Sadly any appraiser in the state is fair game for the appraisal board which makes unfair and unfounded rulings. It is a witch hunt when the appraisal board gets started. I don't know about the ACD but an appraiser always get hung out to dry by the AAB-
I like DeWayne, have known him for 20 years - I don't know about property values in his area or if he does a good job but years ago he did.

Appraisals are subjective - these rulings are passed down by people that normally have no ideal why or how.
