We are possibly moving to this area this summer. Right now I think we are focusing on Aledo/Weatherford and Burleson/Joshua. From my research, these areas seem to have good schools, and are not in the city but still close enough to civilization. Please share any info you have!

It is a good area for raising children. Small enough to be comfortable, yet large enough to find plenty to do. I don't live in these areas, but I've been through them plenty of times. Lots of malls and shopping, new ones in fact in Weatherford. Still close enough to the "big" city if you should need go there.
