Linton had a message for the perpetrators.
"If it is a gang related thing, and if you guys really think you're bad, join the service, get in the action and see what it's really like," she said.
Members of the New Haven County Vietnam Veterans Group vowed to clean up the mess.

This seems like a false flag operation. It is completely out of character for MS-13. They don't discriminate. They kill anybody that gets in their way. The gang is about profits and power. They are not trying to spark some kind of race war. With that said, many of these guys are illegally in the country and should be deported as soon as possible. The amnesty bill, that thankfully got defeated, would have given many of these guys legal status. States need to get tough in the absence of federal government.
