Houston City Council studies earlier curfew

Youths younger than 17 would be required to be off Houston streets at 10 p.m. on weeknights and 11 p.m. on weekends under a proposal to tighten the existing midnight curfew.

I strongly disagree in the earlier curfew because it is too early especially for the summer time like even for 15 - 16 year olds who are mostly young adults and need more time with friends.

i have problems with this new curfew thingymado, but heres the thing,
the reasons i have problems with it are the same reasons they have the law in the first place. they want to keep hoodlums like myself off the streets at a certain time to prevent us from hurting ourselves. and also. curfew is the easiest law to get past!!

sweetie, enjoy life.. but not on the streets of houston. For now you live in the unincorporated areas of your county, so this won't even affect you.

I know! My car got impounded and I got arrested for curfew last night, and i didn't even know they could do this to me at only 16. can they do this or no??

Then see your friends at decent hours. There is no reason except for trouble to be out that late.
