Hunting? What's in season?

Latest is, the weather is getting warm here and the beer is cold and goes down good.

I watched the EM-Soccer (Europa Meisterschaftspiele)games on tv last night. Italy got whooped by The Netherlands 3-0. Italy's team has held the champion's title until now. I wish they had made at least 1 goal. Cazzo!

not a pretty game, netherlands outplayed Italy and definitely deserved the win.. Not pleased with the performance to say the least.

Getting warm here also, warmer outside always translates to colder beer inside.
Stay hydrated!

Spain whooped Sweden's butt this afternoon.

These soccer games are getting more interesting as they progress.

Ahhh yes... Just had several cold Veltins Pils with the bitter hops taste. EEEEEEEEEEHAAAAWWWWWW!

The iPod playing Tammy Wynette, Willie and Ray Price for old times sake...

Hats off to the good folks in Texas.

How 'bout that comeback for Turkey... They didn't belong on the field in the first half and then put on a clinic in the second half.

That was some of the best soccer I've seen in ages! Did you see how they went from 0-3 goals in about 15 minutes? The Czechs were totally demoralized.

The down side of it was that I could hardly sleep after the game last night, as hundreds of Turks drove around honking their horns till 01:30 this morning.

Be sure to watch Germany vs. Austria on Monday evening (16 June) at 20:45 (Cenral European Time),

The Netherlands vs. Romania AND Italia vs. France on Tuesday evening (17 June) at 20:45 (Cenral European Time). Unfortunately both games will be playing at the same time so I'm not sure which to watch. GGGRRRRR!!!

I'll keep you posted.

Well Germany defeated Austria 1-0. It was a boring game. Tonights games (Netherlands vs. Romania and Italy vs. France) ought to be very interesting.

It was a shame that the Italian team lost. However, they had a boring tactic of passing the ball back and forth until the last part of the game, but then it was too late.

This being the year of surprises (the underdog Turkish & Russian teams faring well) I wouldn't be surprised if Russia does defeat Spain.

We dread the Germany vs. Turkey game on Wednesday (25 June), as the nationalist Turks tend to get ignorant whenever their country's honor is at stake and Cologne having a sizable number of (ignorant) Turks, it's bound to get ugly if they lose.

I plan to watch that game at home on my own couch, drinking my own (cold) beer, burp... ;>)

anonymous again? come on son put the beer down for a moment to type in your name!!

Agreed, the Italians didn't play well and basically got it handed to themselves as a result.

The Turkey game will be interesting. I believe it will be decided in the final 10-15 minutes of the match.. Good luck.

I believe that Germany will defeat Turkey. However, recent games have shown that the Turks can spontaneously turn a losing game into a victory if their opponent lets down their guard.

According to the sports commentators the German team has made a note of that and will probably keep their guard up during the entire game.

Enjoy watching.
