Why is it that with current so called unemployment you can't find anyone who will work? You hire people, they may work a week, then won't show up, call in, got personal problems, drug problems or just plain lazy.

I've worked in food service&they treat you awful&demand way to much of a person as far as job duties like you suppose be wonder woman do everything. There's no way I would work that type of job again and the pay is not good or the little bit of hours you do get.Totally not worth it.

U said your line of work was food service in the one comment u put on here, now u did not explain delivery work at that time so I assumed u meant otherwise in food service.Excuse me for my comment but i dont think what I said was out of my league,i was just explaining my behalf of working food service prior history. However dont assume that I dont work because yes I do.Im a full time RN for 7 yrs&was a Lpn prior to that.So if u want to gripe as an employer on a town topic site about not having anybody wanting to work then maybe u need to change your career, the same as I chose to do.Now final words I dont think as a adult employer getting on here is professional of you at all.Hope it all works out for you and good luck with your delivery job..
