And from which budgetary item will they be cutting to make up that money? While it's true we have experienced increased sales tax remittal thanks to the Canadians, Mr. Giambra has already over estimated and spent that money. Until we get a REAL numbers budget and pay down some of our enormous debt, we can't afford to lose revenue. People are already conserving, which reduces that income. At some point we simply have to pay the piper for past incompetency. We can't keep robbing Peter to pay Paul forever.
I hope these ladies open their eyes and realize what a mistake that would be. Not that I wouldn't like lower gas bills, but that would only mean paying something extra somewhere else.
