You sound like someone peed on you. With your clairvoyant views and indepth knowledge - not only of America and civilization but even of tiny little Norway (nominated "The best country to live in in the world" - for the 7th year in a row now by the way), why on this green earth aren't a burp like you already well established in
say Greenwich Connecticut f.isnt? That place could certainly be POSH enough for you, eh? Or are you a straight loser who takes that out on everything you consider small and modest? Like Casper?
