Dear Jon and Kate,

I am a huge fan of your show and watch it whenever it is on. Your family is quite inspiring to me. In this day and age with all the changes going on in the world, do you ever fear for the safety of your children as they grow up? I am not married or have children of my own. I am a aunt to 5. Although they are not as young as your dear children, I've watched them go through many stages and challenges through out the years. I often have fear of their safety as they all live in violent cities. I know that where you guys live, it isn't considered to be a violent area. However, crime is happening in rural areas too. I live with my widowed mother and we live in a rural section of Somerset County PA. Things around here used to be laid back and calm, but as the years go by we are seeing more and more violence here.

What are your feelings or concerns for your children? I know that you are very busy, so you can answer me whenever.

As the parent of an adopted Korean daughter who is now an adult, I just love watching the 8. Brings back so many memories. And Jon and Kate, you two are super parents. You expose the kids to so much of our world even though I know you go absolutely crazy on some of those field trips. You are building so many positive memories for your children.

Good morning! Just wanted to let you know that when it is finally quiet at night I relax watching your show. Loved the pizza cutter idea for the pancakes, it is definitely a time saver here. We have 4 young adult children and 10 mentally and or physically disabled little ones that we have lovingly brought home over the last 10 years. We are now 52 and keep thinking we are done until someone else needs us. I have taken advantage of some of your organizational ideas but mostly enjoy the way you interact with each other as parents and partners. It is honest and warms my heart.
