Just so you know, I was on the side of the Duke LaCrosse players, not the side of the stripper. There's a difference between that case and this one, and I look at all of the evidence before I make a judgement. There's absolutely no correlation between that case and this one, so I'm not sure what your point is. The DA in that case got what he deserved, whereas in this case, the college has liability and is not living up to their obligations to protect their students.

Apparantly you do. I have noticed that comments disagreeing with you will be there then all of a sudden are deleted. I have also noticed in reading these posts that if anyone disagrees with you you want to argue about it. Just because some of the posters do not believe everything this girl and her mother are saying does not mean they are attacking the victim. You are correct I did say all of those things. I'm sorry and I ask that you forgive me. They were made in anger after seeing the pictures of two black guys posted on the internet and convicting them of a crime that they haven't even been charged for.

I didn't write the article, so gang-raped isn't my verbage. I'm also not the poster of any racist remarks, as that's not my style. You're right however, the victim could have been black and the perps white...that doesn't make it right, or any less violent.
