If you think this report is stupid; you should read the one in the Pocono Record. Apparently the witnesses have, in fact, visual proof the driver was speeding, but the horse only flew 30 feet.

yes it appears the driver was speeding, also why was the horse loose?? The owner should be responsible for keeping the horse locked up.

This is exactly why horses need to be outlawed. We have cars and farm tractors now.If it wasn't for horses, this would have never happened. If the golf cart was properly fitted with quad airbags and the drivers were all wearing helmets, these injuries would not have happened. When will people learn, we need more laws and regulations so these accidents are safer.

Ba-dum-bump. That's funny.

I think they meant 40 ft.*through* the air, not 40 ft. high.

Yes, I think the EPA should look into horse sh*t as a source of pollution.
I'll bet their carbon footprint is terrible.
Maybe Al Gore could make a lot of money from this idea. It might even mean another award.

Gee, I never knew an SUV could drive itself. What a stupid headline. Hey, lets blame the horse. The headline should be "Riderless Horse Smashes into SUV Driver".

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Aquarius

Someone is being bombastic and overbearing, and you don't like it. You aren't prepared to take their behavior lying down, but standing up to them is likely to result in a rip-roaring row. Well, it seems that the row is almost inevitable, and perhaps that's just as well because it won't do you any good to swallow your anger or tolerate this person's boorishness for much longer.
