You people are heartless. Everyone makes mistakes. He was doing time for simple assault. Should we see everyone who has broken the law dead? No one would be left.

I did not read the whole story, but from the comments posted..... had he got out of jail, would he have hurt or killed someone other than himself?

I guess this won't be a case of an offender repeating his crime.

LMS-GBURG would be sentenced to repeat primary school until he is able to compose a forum post which is comprehensible.

The alternative to primary school repeat is free rope with knot tying classes.

Anyone serving time in a State Correctional Facility has been deemed by a jury of his/her peers to be guilty of a crime and since that person is guilty they forfeit the privilege of being free. This loss of freedom just means the person is not fit to live in civilized society. A person in prison for anything that hangs themselves is not a loss but a good thing. This person now will feed the worms and no longer be a leech on the rear end of society. I also guarantee that the person in question will never commit another crime.

Thanks Mr. Bibbs for saving the taxpayers money. Your a credit to the society of lowlife scumbags. Say hello to Lucifer when you meet him.

And they have short memories, too. Anyone remember the father who hit the young man assaulting his daughter at WalMart? He was charged but the charges were later dropped under public pressure. He could just have easily been in jail, as well as, any of us defending our children. Anyone still happy that this man is dead? Check your bibles before you answer.

Yep, I'm still happy. That father was in all fairness never going to be charged and even if he was I doubt a jury of his peers would have found him guilty. I and I'm probably not alone in my feelings will never lose any sleep when a lowlife criminal gets jailed or chooses to commit suicide. After all the act of suicide shows that he may at least had some remorse for what he did. Aren't we supposed to praise criminals when they show remorse? Save your bleeding heart sympathy for the victims of crime not the perps.

OK, as long as we get the right perp. Too much rush to judgement; too much lock 'em up anyway. Any one of us can wind up in jail for crimes we didn't commit because nobody cares about innocence anymore.

That said, if the right perp is convicted, then being dead hasn't taught him anything, but he should do fair time. And I always have sympathy for the victims because they aren't allowed to defend themselves anymore and their tax dollars don't go to increasing the police force. We're helpless out here.

Is it possible that the tax payers could get all the inmates a 10 foot piece of rope to play with???
