I pray God will protact me from people like Dell'Anno. I would welcome his responce if I am wrong or even an explanation of his action. If Jesus starts telling us to take advantage of the desperate and elderly I have to question if it is Jesus who is talking. Lets look at the numbers alittle more condenced--Bought property at a discount because owner was desperate--propable to upset to make a sound decision for 76,055--charged 800 dollars rent 25 months total of 20,000 dollars then sold half the properties for 74,250--so far a profit of 18,195 dollars. Then continued rent of 800 a month since, another 17 months for 13,600 dollars, total now of 31,795 dollars. He has not done any repairs on the property according to the article.Yet now Jesus tell him to sell it back at 85,000 for a profit of 116,795 in 4 years. not a bad investment if we choose to forget that this all was suppose to be a neighbor helping a neighbor. Does he deserve some profit--of course--he took risk but the numbers I see above are not in the spirit of help--it is in the spirit of explotation--just my opinion.

ok--I looked back--she bought the farm for 43,000 and the needed to refinance all properties in 2003 for 65,000--somehow in two years she was going into forecloser for 76,280. I don't know how that happened but does show her heart is in the animals not finances. She is 60 something years old. I hope the neighbor who started out "helping' her will allow her to live out her life on the land she loves caring for the animals she loves. She has made no profit here--she has only been trying to keep her head above water. again--just my opinion

i hope she gets evited . if she wouild stay she might get a bigger kitchen and start whipping cats . as she puts it the kitchen is not big enough to whip a cat . the judge must of been on drugs or it was judge joyce that let her get away with animal cruelty the first time . dell'anno should get her off the farm , bulldoze the whole thing and sell it to a person that will actually use that farm for good .

but yes the animals should be taken care of . take them all to the auction and let a actuall farmer have them .

her freinds put all there time and alot of money also to fix the place up the first time . look at what she did to it . nothing . it is still a goatsti or pigsti which ever you prefer .

i hope she gets kicked right out on her a$$

Family farms are on their way out or have you had your head in the sand?
The lady is doing the best she can, she has Parkinsons' and is caring for a herd of goats and dogs.
Let her live out whatever life she has left there before she becomes totally disabled with Parkinsons and needs nursing home care.
Throwing her off the place would just not be the right thing to do.

no my head is not in the sand or don't you read that the beaches were eroded real bad . and there is not much sand left .

i have a dog from her from the raid . i also have pictures before the raid and after . also pictures from 5 months later .
the dog that i have did not know how to eat . my wife and i had to hand feed him for about 3-4 months before he got the hang of it .

she was not doing the best she could before , so what makes you think she is doing the best she can now ?

That ohio garbage collector knows how to handle money. And the bank gave her a mortgage when she could not afford to pay it. Happening all over the U.S. except for the goats.

Dell'Anno is sure is scum are what we call a shroud business man, he already made back his money in a relatively short time, and demanding more then she was paying in mortgage. At the same time this woman has no sense of finance. She could have had sold the two properties, herself, for what should have been a larger amount if you asked me to the airport. And then would have had not any mortgages at all. Stupid people, stupid actions, I only feel sorry for her because of that scum-bag. She is now with nothing but animals with no home.

Oh, I will buy one of the goats, ma'am, a former 4H member, as long is you butcher it up for me.

The best thing for the animals is to remove them from this woman's care. She is NOT an animal lover and her self proclaimed title of Goat Lady is just that. She is no lady.
