Olive Oyl messed up by going against the rules. Mitchell got her the big raise and promotion but as an ex-county council person beaten by Ebert Beeman (soundly), he has no creedance with the incoming administration. Nicole will be let out to pasture to represent the sheep-herders in South County (maybe you could drive Beeman to the County Council meetings) Play by the rules that are made to follow Nicile - not to break.

I had heard previously she was good at her job, but looks like she made some really bad choices, with those kind of choices it doesn't matter how good she was at her job, I had to laugh when I read in the ETN that the county said it was a personnel issue and they couldn't talk about it, they didn't mind speaking openly about Wienforf's firing. It will be interesting to see who will take over the Appellate Division.

Involved with a drug dealer inmate? Sounds like more than as bad choice, but NUTS!!! And she was applying for the top job? Bet Grossman is relieved, he probably would have picked her.

Maybe she should have spent an afternoon in a motel with Ian Murray?

I forgot about that fiasco and he was hired back. Murray, Garvey and now Sloan. What the hell is wrong with these people's "intelligent" minds? It's amazing how Logue can hire Murray back and let Sloan go for something similar. Sounds like a personal "political" vendetta because she applied for Logue's job. Logue + Fiore Leone = dirty politics butthen again Sloan was Mitchell's right-hand girl and hand picked. Maybe Grossberger is right in depoliticizing this office as Pizzaboy didn't.

He is the county council member from south county, who was just replaced in the November election.

Who will take that idiots place Tony Logue, that's the question, that Logue should have been fired along time ago, who in the hell decided to put him as chief should be shot at point blank, Logue just can't do his job at all, he helped put an innocent person in prison back in 1998, when he was supposed to be representing his client, then was even found ineffective in federal court for lying on the stand in front of a federal judge! What does that tell you. Think that innocent person got justice hell no. Erie pa needs to wake up.

Logue is an idiot! He was suppose to represent my ex in a custody hearing for my daughter, well, Logue didn't even show up until the very end and no clue that his client had plans of moving out of state. Needless to the ex lost all his rights due to other reasons. But what a lawyer. Oh, wait and he was running his law office out of an apartment above an old pizza shop on Parade st. He's a loser.

Let me ask you this... Why would a good attorney want to work for the DA's, PD's office, or even want to be judge. The money is not that great in any of these positions. A good attorney can make a lot more money in private practice.

Exactly. Those that can do, those that can't turn to politics.

I would ONLY work for the DA's Office, if I were an attorney. Yeah, there is no money there, but your serving the community by helping getting the scum off of the streets. I would NEVER work for the PD's Office because it goes against everything I believe in.

I guess that silly idea of "innocent until proven guilty" goes against everything you believe in. Stupid US and State Constitutions-they just get in the way.

Given your utter and obvious lack of depth or intelligence, I wouldn't worry about getting hired by the DA. Perhaps you could shoot for something more your speed, i.e., McDonald's Clean Up Crew?
