In Conneaut Township, Supervisors Miraldi and Huston have just agreed to serve up YOUR house, your outbuildings, your acreage and your ponds or streams to your new Master, under the guise of the Stormwater Management Act. The Stormwater Act is a guise for the new elephant in the room, the global Agenda 21. Now that Stormwater has been approved by Miraldi and Huston (they said they HAD to approve it), rain drops have become the enemy combatant. The camel's nose is now under the tent, with Miraldi's and Huston's approval (and passage) of this legislation.(Reportedly, Supervisor McCabe REFUSED to approve it, quite in accordance with her Oath to YOU and to her office.) Other regions who passed it are now being forced to institute a "Rain Tax" on ALL citizens. Similarly, homeowners within these regions are being instructed that they MUST provide and pay for certain designated "GREEN" water runoff infrastructures on their private properties within a short designated timeframe, or ELSE face unthinkable federal fines. These are just two examples of the hidden requirements within the Stormwater Act approved by your supervisors. If you like it, and if Supervisor Miraldi has represented you correctly, show him some love, and stop by the Township building and give him a hug, thanking him. If Supervisor Miraldi has NOT represented your thoughts and beliefs and ethics through the passage of this legislation, then, stop by and tell him so. Or, write him a letter IMMEDIATELY. Or, call him IMMEDIATELY. Let Mr. Miraldi know (and Mr. Huston) that the citizens are organizing a Recall Vote in this matter. Once organized, petitions will be duly presented to oust any township employee or officer who acts unConstitutionally, against the freedoms of the township.
Is this still the land of the free and the home of the brave?
