While I don't think it's a bad idea...this could be considered "cruel and unusual" punishment...cruel as in "mentally"

Which Justic System? There is no consistency within our Justice System. I sometimes think that the outcomes in the courts depend on how the judges and lawyers feel that day.

I rather think that the picture hanging in the cell is not a bad idea.

Right ON! Why should they be forgiven-everyone always wants the general public to forgive and forget-Michigan needs to reinstate the death penalty!

what the h ell do you think he did to this women's family mentally. He needs to go threw just as much h ell and mental anguish as her family members have to. At least its only 10 to 22. her family has forever to go threw it. Oh maybe this will be grand moles release early (non violent crime release)

With the TIS law there is no early release for good time anymore in MI. THey screwed that all up. He killed someone and that wouldn't fall under the nonviolent crime "label" anyways.

He should be made to look at the person he killed every day he's there. Hopefully then he'll start making better choices and be a good example to others. Chances are it won't matter though and that's the sad part.
