After cop shooting, NYPD to survey undercover officers

In the wake of the shooting death of a black off-duty officer by a white undercover officer, the NYPD will survey undercover officers to look at the "extent of confusion in their dealings with plainclothes officers," Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne, the department's chief spokesman, said Sunday.

for they speak the truth. Too bad they are only getting a few line in the papers, while the RACIST good REV and his gang get lot and lots of coverage. Any time any person white,black,brown,yellow or any color turns toward another person with a gun in his hand, there is bound to be shots. Police Officers are TRAIN to shot but NOT to KILL. This was an accident,it could has happen to anyone.
I hope the people of harlem do the same thing that the people from Long Island did to the Rev Al. by telling him and his people to butt out.
If it would have been a black cop against a black person, the good Rev. wouldn't have said a word. Where was he 2 weeks ago when a young black girl was rape in his own backyard.

It is always difficult to comment with only little news coverage, and also so easy to say it was a tragic accident, but it seems no one was concerned about a black man being shot and killed, until it was discovered he was a police man. It was a tragedy only because he was an officer? Not a tragedy if he was just black? And before anything else, bleeding and hurt, let's handcuff him and make sure he doesn't bleed to much. What was Omar doing with his gun out chasing the guy who had broken into his car? Basic police procedure (no new "training" needed for this). You do not try shoot someone who is running away from you after being caught in a car break-in. Even if it is was your car.

But the guy from Long Island will hang for this.

65% would be impressive if you represented half of the population, but when you're only 13% of the population, that's saying something!

It is very dangerous for undercover Black officers, tell me when was a white undercover ever shot by a Black cop. NONE something is very wrong with this picture and we all know it. Breaking into a car does not have to escalate to the degree of murder. Both cops were using too much effort to stop a car break in. It was only a car, if the Black guy had caught the man, was he going to kill him? Just like the white cop HE DIDN'T HAVE TO KILL HIM W/O ANY FActs.
