Teachers association files lawsuit against Marshall County...
Members of a teachers association filed suit today against the superintendent of Marshall County Schools for promoting two people to central office positions without first posting the vacancies publicly.

not too surprising..... in marshall county, it seems.....it 's not what you know - but who you know! That goes on in the schools themself so I 'm not at all surprised that is goes on up the ladder. Policies and Procedures are put in place for a reason.... not just for the students and parents to follow but for the school principals, asst principals etc to follow as well. It seems, they believe they can make their own rules and guidelines to follow.
