The first one I will discuss is the Pinedale Entertainment Center in Mr. Kellens hometown and home of his corporate headquarters. This facility does not appear to be a large 8 to 10 million dollar operation. On June 23, 2009 Pinedale Entertainment Center was listed in the Sublette Examiner as NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES: State of Wyoming County of Sublette County Treasurer’s Office June 30, 2005 Notice is hereby given that I, Roxanna Jensen, the duly elected, qualified and acting county treasurer within and for the county and state aforesaid, will on 28rd day of July A.D. 2005 at the County Court House in Pinedale in the county and the state aforesaid, offer for sale the following described real estate for taxes due and unpaid. The real estate will be sold subject to any special assessments for local or public improvements. Said sale shall take place between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of said day and will continue from day to day, Saturday and Sundays excepted, until all of said land has been sold. The real property to be offered at said sale, together with taxes, penalty, interest and costs due on the same is described as follows, to wit: 02-00-08854 KELLEN, WILLIAM & SHERRY & THOMAS 73,637.4 SF PINEDALE ESTATES ADDN., BLK 5, LOTS 1 & 2. Just some thoughts before my next post of facts because these thoughts are relevant to what has occurred in other facilities such as the two visited by the Mayor and Council. Deming New Mexico and Gaffney South Carolina. 1. If the City owns the building and leases it to AFEC if taxes are not paid will the State Foreclose on the Building? 2. If the City has a Sports Bar in their building will THEY enforce the liquor laws on their own business, not to mention fire code occupancy and building codes. 3. Will they change the laws if it doesn’t fit into the business plan note that’s what they did in Deming to give them a liquor license. And finally for now If the City owns this building they will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep I presume. In about 3-5 years they will have to turn around and spend the money they made and put back into the facility so you don’t have a broken down center. I will post more later it gets better.

Well check the info (way it goes) if you want the facts. Secretary of State of Wyoming then search businesses, Type in, American Family Entertainment Center you will see 7 0r 8 listings. You can also type in the filing number 2004-000479943 or
2007-000547757 or 2004-000467879 or 2004-000479950 or 2004-000466514 or 2001-000419273 or 2004-000467214 those are all the ones that have been Administratively Dissolved (Taxes). There is also another Kellen owned LLC called Pinedale Entertainment Partners LLC which was just reinstated this year. It had been Admin Dissolved (Taxes) 1997-000322919. Now while your there you can look at the new partnership formed on September 8th 2010 under the name Albertville Investment Partners, LLC 2010-000589478 the members of this partnership are William G. Kellen, Art LeFeber, David Morris, Thomas Welch, Russ Naylor, and Don Spurlin and any other individuals or entities which may become a member. The Source for that is the Legal Section Sand Mountain Reporter notice filed by the City of Albertville for Expenditure of PUBLIC FUNDS and PUBLIC PROPERTY announcing the Meeting and public comments September 20th, 2010. If you want to find out about William G. Kellen go to the County of Sublette look at the Sublette Examiner newspaper his tax failures are listed. Just google his name. |

Next is the Victory Theatre in Kemmerer Wyoming once again not a large operation they have a one screen theatre. Don’t have much to post it is certainly not the big operation like they want to have the City of Albertville Build for THEM.It gets interesting after this.

QUOT Webb said this means the city is authorized to borrow up to $10 million, but the city can only borrow for the AFE project, which means they could not borrow additional money to pave roads or meet other needs.
