They will be back in force. I wonder who was organizng this boycott, as it seems that they didn't know about applying for the "parade" ten days in advance. I believe that those who remained will be sending their kids back to school shortly. They will feel the pinch of having to provide their kids with breakfasts and lunches.

Don't you mean that they will feel the parental responsibility of feeding their kids....

As a white American citizen I have to show my id when asked; like any other person regardless of race. Any country you visit requires a visa or papers and don't be caught overstaying the time limit. Why are we called racist because we ask the same. Just an excuse to take attention away from the fact some broke our laws
the. Who cares if they thought they could do it because they don't like it

Exactly, Mthnk. This country is a joke. The law means nothing when some phat-cat is making $$. I predict America will break apart in the next 50 years.

Protesting? I'm sick of these crazies who think they have a right to invade a foreign country and steal jobs, benefits and IDs from the citizens.

Sounds like a nice quiet day in Albertville. May be we can encourage them to do this for a full year.

Hmmm..... let's ask the landlords who suddenly are left with real estate, in a really poor market, that is now vacant, no income there. And the chicken processing plants who can't get white people to do the dirty, yucky jobs of processing live chickens. And the chicken catchers who have to chase the chickens around the chicken houses, load them onto trucks just to get them to processing. Cost of chickens going up at the grocery store. And the peach farmers who had to let fruit rot in the orchard because there was no one to pick the crops. And, the list goes on and on. Mexicans didn't steal jobs from local folks, because the local folks won't do the dirty, nasty jobs. They're too busy cooking meth. And it's really amazing to me that none of you are from the area but really seem to know so much of what is happening here. How is that possible that you know so much about the agricultural situation in a local area that you don't live in? The economy is in the tank in Alabama and this only makes it worse. Have any of the jobs been filled that were vacated by white people? No..... no one wants to do the yucky work.
